| The
Withlacoochee inshore angler association is a fishing club designed to help
others in enjoying one of life's most relaxing sports. Each member is dedicated
to pass fishing knowledge to others interested in the art of fishing. A
monthly meeting is held on the second Friday of each month, to discuss club
business and set up the club tournament held on the following day. Each
tournament will have three targeted fish with three winning place entries. For
First Place the angler is awarded 200 points, Second place is awarded 100
points, Third place is awarded 50 points. Each club member who
fishes in a tournament will receive 50 points per tournament fished. Any angler
catching one legal fish in each category (all three fish) will receive an
additional 150 points for the Grand Slam. At the
end of the year, in December, the angler who has accumulated the most points
will be awarded as the "Angler of the Year". Our
